A sharp snow-covered peak, 1,580 m, in the N part of Anderson Massif, in the Heritage Range, Ellsworth Mountains. Mapped by U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) from surveys and U.S. Navy (USN) air photos, 1961-66. Named by Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names (US-ACAN) for John Q. Huggler, storekeeper U.S. Navy Reserve (USNR), who assisted in various construction projects at McMurdo Station during U.S. Navy (USN) Operation Deep Freeze (OpDFrz) 1966.
