Description

An isolated, steep-sided, flat-topped rock mass, 400 m, on the SE extremity of James Ross Island. First seen, roughly surveyed, and given the descriptive name "The Watch Tower" by Otto Nordenskjold of the Swedish Antarctic Expedition (SwedAE) in March 1902.
