Description (see definition): A line of about six peaks trending N-S on the S side of Uranus Glacier, in eastern Alexander Island. The peaks were photographed by Lincoln Ellsworth, Nov. 23, 1935, in the course of a trans-Antarctic flight and were plotted from the air photos by W.L.G. Joerg. Named by UK Antarctic Place-names Committee (UK-APC) from association with Uranus Glacier after Miranda, one of the moons of the planet Uranus.
