Description (see definition): A small group of nunataks about 18 mi SE of Mount Biscoe in Enderby Land. Discovered in Jan. 1930 by the British Australian and New Zealand Antarctic Research Expedition (BANZARE) under Mawson, who named them Gould Nunatak after Lieutenant Commander R.T. Gould, Royal Navy (RN), of the Hydropaphic Department, Admiralty, who worked on the British Admiralty South Polar Chart. Plotted as a group by Australian National Antarctic Research Expeditions (ANARE) from air photos in 1964.
