Description (see definition): A prominent mountain spur trending NW from Kelvin Crests, 4 mi ENE of Triune Peaks, Fallieres Coast. The spur was photographed from the air by Ronne Antarctic Research Expedition (RARE), 1947, U.S. Navy, 1966, and was surveyed by Falklands Islands Dependencies Survey (FIDS), 1958. Named in 1977 by Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names (US-ACAN) for Lieutenant William J. Lasher, U.S. Navy (USN), LC-130 aircraft commander, Operation Deep Freeze, 1969 and 1970.
