Description (see definition): The northerly of two glaciers flowing E into Seligman Inlet, on the E coast of Graham Land. The glacier was photographed from the air by the U.S. Antarctic Service (USAS) in 1940. It was charted in 1947 by the Falklands Islands Dependencies Survey (FIDS), who named it for William Vaughan Lewis, British glaciologist and lecturer at the Department of Geography, Cambridge University.
